A three-day training programme on “Empowering Rural Livelihood through Scientific Backyard Poultry Management” was successfully conducted at ICAR–KVK Phek from 10–12 December 2025 under NEH component. The event was organised by ICAR–IVRI, Bareilly, in collaboration with ICAR–KVK Phek (ICAR–NRC on Mithun, Medziphema) under ICAR–ATARI, Zone VII Umiam. The programme was began with the welcome address by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Senior Scientist & Head, KVK Phek, followed by remarks from Dr. M. H. Khan, Principal Scientist & Head, ICAR–IVRI, Bareilly.
